International Data Center Authority (IDCA) Appoints Isbasaran Group as the Regional Representative for Turkey

Washington D.C. – On August 19th, the Intranational Data Center Authority today announced that it has appointed the Isbasaran Group of companies as its Regional Representative for Turkey, with continued engagement across the wider region.

The agreement was formally signed during a signature ceremony held at IDCA Headquarters in Washington, DC, by Mehdi Paryavi, Chairman of IDCA, and Ugur Kaan Isbasaran, Chairman of Isbasaran Group.

Under the agreement, Isbasaran Group has been appointed as representative and will operate as Regional Partner in respect of Turkey and wider region.

In addition to IDCA's established Digital Economy, Strategic Investments and Advisory, National Digital Hub Developments, AI, Cloud and Data Center Standardization, Data Center Audit, Certification, Workforce Development and Certified Training, and SDS Certification offerings.

Together, these form IDCA's core offerings under the partnership, giving Isbasaran Group a mandate that spans the full lifecycle of data center and digital infrastructure projects — from early-stage advisory and investment facilitation through to certification and operational readiness.
