Former Senior Government Official John Sullivan Joins IDCA as a Digital Transformation Ambassador
Washington, DC – April 7, 2025 – IDCA has announced that former GSA Director and White House Office of OMB, John Sullivan, has joined the organization as a Senior Advisor and the IDCA Digital Transformation and Digital Economy Ambassador. John is a senior government technology advisor with a public service career spanning almost 33 years with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and additional service with the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).
While with the GSA, John served as Senior Technology Advisor to the Deputy Associate Administrator for Government-wide Policy, and Director, Digital Strategies Division, where he led the establishment of Digital Government Strategies policy function for the Office of Government-wide Policy.
“I am honored and looking forward to applying my experience with IDCA's initiatives to effect Digital Transformation and create Digital Economies,” Sullivan said in announcing his role with IDCA. “We are at an inflection point with Digital Infrastructure and its AI-driven development, leading to an acceleration of ongoing work to build Digital Economies. I am excited to be with IDCA to push things forward.”
