Board of Directors: Guiding the Future of IT
The IDCA Board of Directors (“The Board”) is responsible for articulating and upholding the vision, values, and mission of the organization. The Board provides the industry a direct voice into IDCA’s activities and fosters bi-directional interaction with experts, designers, developers, managers, owners, operators, and solution providers. The Board also acts as the steering committee. Hence, one key endeavor of the Board is to provide supervision, guidance, and direction to the IDCA committees, and sub-committees. IDCA Board of Directors consists of subject-matter industry C-level veterans that tackle strategic challenges, and provide recommendations on programmatic issues of interest to IDCA. The Board makes strategic decisions about the direction and faith of the information technology industry as viewed by IDCA. The Board is ultimately responsible for the management and monitoring of long-term industry goals at the strategic level, verifying soundness with established objectives. The Board composition includes carefully selected like-minded executives from diverse areas of expertise who come together to help shape the future of digital economies around the globe.
