Josué Ramírez Rodríguez of Uptime joins IDCA to lead the LATAM Expedition
Washington D.C., January 3rd 2022: International Data Center Authority (IDCA) today announced that Mr. Josué Ramírez Rodríguez has joined IDCA to help with strategic expansion plans of IDCA in Latin America.
When asked about his joining, Josué Ramírez stated, “I joined IDCA because I believe it is the place that can allow me to empower Latin America in every possible way. We tackle things holistically here at IDCA, we have strategic plans for the region, its member nations and governments, the big, medium and small companies as well as every single professional and individual out there. I am very excited to be part of this visionary, smart, and passionate organization.” Ramírez continued, “ I believe that IDCA standards, advisory, audit & assessment and training are the most systematic, practical and complete in the data center industry. This is based on my years of hands-on experience dealing with end-users and providers on daily basis and seeing the knowledge products and services that are available first-hand.”
Over the past seven and half years Josué Ramírez served as the Director of Business Development at Uptime Institute. Prior to Uptime, he was the Account Manager at Belden, APC by Schneider Electric, and Anixter. On the occasion of Josué Ramírez’s joining IDCA, G.H. CCO of IDCA stated, “Josué will be playing a key role within our LATAM operations when it comes to delivering our core values to the major government and corporate accounts across the region.” G.H. continued, “Our aim is to help every Latin American in building a better profession, a better standard of living, and a healthier lifestyle by empowering them, empowering their nations, companies, and governments.”
Mr. Ramírez, a certified Data Center Expert (DCE)® and Cloud Expert (CLE)® and an MBA who’s specialty is in the digital infrastructure, data center, and cloud industry with in-depth exposure and knowledge of the LATAM region.
